Shipping Policies

All orders are shipped Priority Mail. This includes tracking and insurance up to $50. If your order total exceeds that amount and you would like your entire order to be covered, please contact me within 24 hours to notify me. I will then send an invoice to the email provided for the remaining balance. If the invoice is left unpaid at time of shipment, your order will ship with no extra coverage. 

Fishtail Hand Knits is not responsible for carrier incidents (damaged packaging, undeliverable items due to unsecure areas, etc.)
