Fishtail Hand Knits is a shop where everything is handmade. Let me repeat. Everything is HANDMADE. When an item says it will ship out in "x" amount of days, this is after production time. Production Time varies. If you have any questions about Production Time on a specific item or need something by a specific date, please contact me before ordering to verify the item desired will be made available. If there is no communication of this, your order will be made as standard.

Refunds & Returns:
If you wish to return and receive a refund, you order must be within 15 days upon delivery. The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. If your item is defective/damaged, you may send it back for an exchange or refund. I do ask you send pictures of damage and/or defect before sending back to me. Any orders past the 15-day deadline are no longer eligible for refund or exchange.
